What You Can Expect

All photo pricing includes interior, exterior & aerial images to capture a variety of angles for the home/property.  We understand the urgency to get a property to market quickly.  You can expect your edited photos delivered to you via Dropbox or Google Drive within 36 hours of the original shoot time.

Professional & Consistent Quality

High definition imagery retouched and resized for use in online formats.  We will also provide print quality images in a separate folder.  Tripod mounted and specialty photographed with a variety of wide-angle and zoom lenses in order to capture the best shots possible.

Video

Full - Cinematic Home Video Tour

This is a 2-3 minute tour that will showcase the entire property.  This is a more detailed and in depth tour presented with licensed background music and sound design chosen based on atmosphere and mood of the home. Tour will highlight features and most rooms of the home such as kitchen, high end appliances, bedrooms, bathrooms, porches and patios, etc.  A branded and unbranded video will be created in order to suit the client’s needs.  Aerial footage is included and is an excellent way to show off exteriors of the property. Tours may include nearby landmarks or features at clients request.

Half - Cinematic Home Video Tour

This is a 1-2 minute tour that will showcase the exterior and interior of the home.  This is a smaller scale tour presented with licensed background music that will primarily feature aerial video with some interior video to highlight key selling points of the home.  Aerial footage is included and is an excellent way to show off exteriors of the property.

Exterior & Aerial Video Only

This is an under 1 minute tour that will showcase the exterior of the property and the surrounding areas.  This is a great option for smaller budgets and for homes where an inside video tour is not desired.  This video will showcase the home from a ground level as well as an aerial view to show the home in it's entirety.  We can also include surrounding areas in this video as well (lake, large acreage, surrounding community etc)..  This is a great option for homes with a waterfront or just to showcase a cool part about the area.

Certain conditions such as weather and location may affect the ability to fly a drone.

Each video is custom made for the home, no pre-made templates, for a professional look and feel.

All videos are compatible with mobile devices.  Videos are uploaded to YouTube and optimized to give listings maximum exposure.
